FAQ
Are the houses intended for permanent living, or more for leisure and holidays?
The project is designed so that it’s possible both to live there permanently and to use the houses as holiday homes. In recent years, people have already started living in Svencelė year-round, which shows that the infrastructure and environment are suitable for permanent residence.
Do the house layouts differ significantly between the different islands of the town – Nida and Preila?
Yes, the houses on all islands are different – in their shape, finishing, facades, and interior layouts. On Preila Island, the houses (price – €410,000) are more compact – 94 sq. m of floor space, two stories, with four rooms. On Nida Island, the houses (price – €540,000) are larger – 130 sq. m of floor space, with five rooms, one of which is designed as a SPA room. If needed, this space can also be adapted as an additional bedroom.
What other useful facilities and services will be available in the neighborhood in the future?
From 2026, we will begin developing the central part of the town. It is planned to include a hotel, a restaurant, a SPA center with a pool operating both in winter and summer, a gym, a grocery store, tennis and padel courts, and several commercial spaces for services and businesses.
Our goal is for the Svencelė islands not just to be a space for leisure or sports, but a full-fledged city on the water with all everyday services and a vibrant community.
